Colas has set itself the goal of "zero accidents". The Group strives to develop a common culture throughout its network, with the introduction of a safety culture program and the adoption of safety rules shared by all Group entities worldwide. Training and awareness-raising modules and regular exercises follow the implementation of the Group's tools and procedures. Cybersecurity awareness campaigns are held regularly, and mandatory courses are attended by all Group employees.
