Compliance is a term that denotes the application of ethical principles and action in accordance with business ethics. 5 compliance programs have been developed within the Group. They are:
Suppression of corruption
Market competition
Conflict of interest
Financial Information and Securities Trading and
Embargo and export restrictions
In these Compliance Programs, which supplement the Code of Ethics, for each specified area, the main applicable regulations, the Group's position and the main principles that managers and employees must strictly adhere to are defined and explained.
All business segments are obliged to implement the Code of Ethics and Compliance Programs and, if necessary, supplement them in accordance with the specifics of their activities.
