Dipl. ing. Siniša Košćak, MBA, is the Regional Director of Colas Croatia Group (Colas Croatia, Colas Mineral and Asfalti Ptuj) and President of the Management Board of Colas Croatia since 2012. He is responsible for strategic business management at the regional level and the development of new business opportunities, which includes managing key projects, optimizing business processes and ensuring the achievement of the company's long-term goals on the Croatian and Slovenian markets, with a high degree of commitment to occupational safety and promoting a culture of safety.
GORAN TUĐAN
MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD AND CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRY DIRECTOR
Goran Tuđan, dipl. ing grad. is a member of the Management Board of Colas Croatia and Director of Construction and Industry. He has been with Colas since 2002, he has numerous construction sites where he was the chief engineer, and his experience and expertise allow him to effectively lead teams and coordinate all stakeholders, which ensures the successful execution of projects and the fulfillment of business goals. In addition to the above, as part of the activities related to contract management, he supervises and manages key contracts, manages risks and resources, coordinates teams and ensures the implementation of all necessary segments.
Great attention is paid to occupational safety in order to minimize the risk of accidents and to ensure safety on construction sites. He is responsible for managing activities related to the construction sector, infrastructure projects and the development of the company's industrial activities with the aim of sustainable growth and competitiveness of Colas Croatia on the market.

Romana Petričević, dipl. oec is the Finance Director of the Colas Croatia Group (Colas Croatia, Colas Mineral, Asfalti Ptuj). She has been with Colas since 2014 and is responsible for managing financial operations within the Group (including budget planning and control, financial reporting, analysis of business results) and developing strategies to optimize cash flows and maximize the company's profitability.
TOMISLAV MIŠAK
AGGREGATE DIRECTOR
Tomislav Mišak, dipl. ing mechanical engineering is the director of aggregates at Colas Mineral d.o.o. He has been with Colas since 2000 and is responsible for the management of production and sales of aggregates, including the optimization of production processes, quality assurance, development strategy and ensuring the sustainability of exploitation in accordance with socially responsible business as an integral part of Colas' strategy. His role includes the supervision and coordination of technical operations and the implementation of strategies to increase efficiency, thus contributing to the continuous growth and competitiveness of Colas Mineral on the market.
JASENKA MALTARIĆ – DUJNIĆ
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Jasenka Maltarić – Dujnić, B.A. in Psychology, is the Human Resources Director at the Colas Croatia Group (Colas Croatia, Colas Mineral, Asfalti Ptuj). She has been with Colas since 2019, and is responsible for the development and implementation of human resources management strategies, including recruitment, training and development of employees, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. Before joining Colas, she worked as a human resources director in domestic and foreign companies in various industries, and throughout her career she has been driven by a passion for developing people and increasing organizational capacity to achieve business goals.

SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
Ivan Mišak, dipl. oec, has been the Director of Sales and Marketing of the Colas Croatia Group (Colas Croatia, Colas Mineral and Asfalti Ptuj) since 2021. He is in charge of marketing, private segment, cities and municipalities, external sales, specialty products and leading the commercial team at the Group level.

DIRECTOR OF ASFALTI PTUJ d.o.o.
David Merc, dipl. ing. građ, is the director of Asfalt Ptuj, a company specializing in civil engineering in Slovenia. He has been with Colas since 2022, and is responsible for managing operations related to civil engineering, planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, optimization of business processes and development of strategies to improve the competitiveness of Asfalt Ptuj in the Slovenian market.

Lana Baniček, dipl. iur. is the Director of Legal Affairs of the Colas Croatia Group (Colas Croatia, Colas Mineral, Asfalti Ptuj). She has been with Colas since 2012 and is responsible for managing legal matters within the Group, including advising on contracts, regulatory requirements and legal risks, as well as ensuring compliance with legislation, thus contributing to the safe and stable operations of the Colas Croatia Group.
