The new edition of Dialogue, Colas’ employee satisfaction survey, is upon us. More than 64,000 Colas employees around the world will have the opportunity to share their views. It is an opportunity and a possibility for every employee to openly express their opinion. We listen to employees’ opinions and take action based on their responses, because only in this way, i.e. through two-way communication, can we build an even better workplace, improve working conditions and the working atmosphere.
